Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications and Content Manager to oversee our social media content creation, website updates, and digital communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and social media communication, and will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Update and maintain the RETTI website with current information, news, and resources.
Design and upload flyers, videos, and other promotional materials on social media platforms.
Develop and manage application forms and other online forms as needed.
Collaborate with the graphic designer to produce visually appealing content.
Work with program leads to gather information and create engaging content.
Post updates about fellows and alumni activities on social media.
Ensure the RETTI brand is well-represented and visually appealing on all digital platforms.
Create zoom calls and upload recorded version on youtube.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media communication (portfolio required).
Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content management.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with website management and basic design tools.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the renewable energy and climate sector.
